Good afternoon,

We are playing our first ever Cup fixture as part of the 'Essex RFU Waterfall Cup' competition this Sunday away at Woodford RFC

We will start a warm up at 10:30am and kick off at 11:00am prompt - please can you try and have the boys ready (car parked and boots on etc..) for 10:30am

Please note it's a 40 - 45 minute journey from Billericay, so please leave plenty of time to travel !

Boys should arrive in their playing kit (playing shorts and socks and a suitable top/shirt to get warmed up in) I will have the playing shirts as per the last two matches we've played.

Please bring a white collared shirt (a long or short sleeved school shirt will be fine) a pair of long trousers or jeans, a pair of shoes or trainers and Club tie.

Player availability, selection and playing time

Nearly everyone is using the Pitchero App now - this is great, it makes it very easy for me to get player availability without sending loads of emails / Whatsapps

I am expecting a squad of 18 for this match which gives us 13 on the pitch plus 5 replacements
