Bees U7 at Romford

Match 2 - lost 9-8, Hector 3, Harry 3, Mason 2
Match 3 - won 13-10, Austin 5, Lucas 5, Ethan 1, Toby 1 (& 1 that I missed, I think it may have been Joshua B)
Match 4 - drew 10-10, Lucas 5, Toby 3, Austin 1 Ethan 1

There was some excellent running with the ball, generally always going forward and lots of sidestepping to find space, Lucas doing particularly well with this and making it very difficult for the opponents to tag him. It seemed his tags were glued to his belt most of the time. Everyone seemed to have a lot of fun and all the games were played in a friendly spirit. The really pleasing thing was the way everyone supported in attack, so the player with the ball always had a teammate to pass to. Hector and Harry were both always running looking to support. This only covers some of the players on my pitch, but everyone contributed plenty to the team. Also very well done to Mason who was playing in his first game this season and really got stuck in. Well done to all the players. Looking forward to the home games on the 13th !!
