The 1st team were at home to Harwich RFC on Saturday. Rather than the brief highlights from me you can read the full match report from Tom Boughtwood here

As mentioned in the match report, it was good to see a decent number of spectators for the game. A great combination of old faces and new could be found on the touchline cheering on the 1st team in between trips to the bar.
The 2nd team were away to Witham and prepared themselves for good night out with a good win against a tough Witham side.
Both teams celebrated their wins with a good night out in Billericay High Street.
Sunday saw a number of away fixtures for the Junior section and enough rain to turn the A127 into a paddling pool.
For those that ventured to Romford RFC for ages U7-U12 they were lucky to arrive with the rain having stopped and so the rain jackets and waders were not required.
We have another superb match report from the under 14's game which was away to Thurrock Click here to read how they got on

With 3 players suffering potential concussion over the last 2 weeks it is a good reminder that the RFU have a special section of their website with concussion information and quizzes which are for players, coaches and parents.
We recommend players, parents and coaches taking the Headcase quiz and reading the information the RFU have made available.
Here is the link the "Headcase" section of the RFU website, from here you can take the quizzes and read the additional information available.
