Ford employees can spend up to the equivalent of two working days per year, on company time, undertaking community involvement activity at the Company's discretion.

Through community involvement, Ford aims to:

Contribute to society and integrate Ford withing the local community
Build a good reputation/image with customer and potential employees by actively taking societal responsibility
Encourage personal development through team building skills and job enrichment
Improve morale and motivation
